Zentra Group Forms Property Management Joint Venture

Zentra Group PLC, a Manchester-based residential developer, has announced a joint venture with property management expert Connor Moylan. The new subsidiary, ZPAS Limited, aims to enhance the group's Assured Shorthold Tenancy lettings and property management capabilities. Zentra will own 51% of ZPAS, retaining board control, while Connor Moylan will manage day-to-day operations.

ZPAS will provide services for around 84 existing units managed by Zentra Property Services and future projects. This venture aims to improve operational focus and service quality, with profits shared 51% to Zentra and 49% to Moylan. The joint venture is considered a capital-efficient strategy to grow income and strengthen customer relationships.

Connor Moylan brings extensive experience in residential lettings, aimed at improving occupancy and compliance, aligning well with Zentra's strategy. CEO Jason Upton states that ZPAS will enhance the group's capabilities by creating a specialized operating structure without increasing fixed overhead.
