Onco-Innovations Limited, a company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, has announced a non-brokered private placement valued at up to $600,000. The offering consists of 400,000 units priced at $1.50 each. Each unit includes one common share and one purchase warrant. The warrant allows the purchase of an additional share at $1.60, valid for 36 months.

The closing date is expected around April 25, 2025, pending regulatory approvals. Issued securities will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day as per laws. The funds will support general corporate purposes, focusing on operational and R&D objectives.
