Onco-Innovations Closes $400,000 Private Placement

Onco-Innovations Limited has successfully closed its non-brokered private placement, raising $400,000. The company offered 243,903 units at $1.64 each, consisting of one common share and one purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the purchase of an additional share at $2.05, valid until August 2028.

The funds will support Onco-Innovations' corporate and R&D goals. An additional 2,439 shares were issued to a third party for administrative services. All securities are subject to a four-month holding period, ending December 14, 2025.
