Onco-Innovations and Kuano Complete Collaborative Project on PNKP Inhibitor Technology

Onco-Innovations Limited has announced the completion of a pilot project with Kuano Ltd. aimed at advancing its PNKP Inhibitor Technology. This collaboration utilized Kuano’s quantum-based computational platform to enhance understanding of the interactions between PNKP inhibitors and their targets.

The findings, based on molecular modeling and advanced analytics, have provided Onco with refined structural hypotheses and a framework for ongoing optimization of the PNKP technology. This modeling aids in informed compound prioritization, crucial for transitioning to experimental validation.

The project also assessed PNKP's structural behavior using Kuano's quantum-based methods, suggesting compatibility for further studies. Onco plans to leverage these insights for future initiatives, including AI-assisted compound design and toxicity mapping to accelerate preclinical development.
