Changes within the Board of Directors of Eagle Football Group
The Eagle Football Group Board of Directors has recorded several resignations. Jean-Pierre Conte stepped down on June 26, 2026. Sharad Tehranchi and Deborah Andrews also resigned, with their departures taking effect immediately.
The new Board composition includes Michele Kang, President and CEO, alongside Gilbert Saada, Nathalie Dechy, and Victoria Westcott, all independent directors. This structure is considered well-suited to meet the organization's objectives.
The Audit Committee remains unchanged, with Gilbert Saada as chairman, assisted by Nathalie Dechy and Victoria Westcott. Victoria Westcott assumes the chairmanship of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, supported by Nathalie Dechy and Gilbert Saada.
