Olympique Lyonnais Group is considering a transfer to Euronext Growth

Olympique Lyonnais Groupe has called a combined general meeting for October 16, 2026. Shareholders will discuss the change of company name and the transfer of the company's share listing from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth. This project aims to align the company's listing with a market more suited to its size. Once approved, the transfer will take place without the issuance of new shares.

The meeting will also consider the proposal to change the company name from Eagle Football Group to Olympique Lyonnais Groupe. Shareholders will not need to take any action for the transfer scheduled for December 2026. General administration will be simplified with reduced reporting requirements, particularly regarding general meetings and the publication of documents. The company will continue to publish its financial information quarterly.
