O'KEY Group Finalizes Sale of Hypermarkets to Management

O'KEY Group S.A., a prominent figure in Russia's food retail industry, has officially completed the sale of its hypermarket chain to the management team. This marks a significant organizational shift for the company, as ownership of LLC O’KEY and its subsidiaries now transitions to LLC RBF Retail, headed by the chain's existing management.

The deal encompasses O’KEY stores, its online platform, trademarks, and logistical assets associated with the hypermarket segment. This decision was preceded by necessary shareholder approvals and legal permits, alongside a restructuring to segregate the hypermarket and discount operations.

The hypermarkets will continue regular operations, maintaining commitments to stakeholders. Meanwhile, the DA! discount chain remains under the Group's stewardship, focusing on market expansion and enhancing customer offerings in Russia.
