Oerlikon Successfully Issues CHF 350 Million Dual-Tranche Bonds

OC Oerlikon Corporation AG has announced the successful issuance of CHF 350 million in senior unsecured bonds. The offering consists of two tranches: CHF 150 million due in September 2027 and CHF 200 million maturing in September 2030. Proceeds from these bonds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.

The 2027 bonds carry a 1.375% annual coupon, while the 2030 series offers a 2.000% annual return. Both tranches will have their first coupon payment on September 3, 2026. Additionally, Oerlikon plans to list the bonds on the SIX Swiss Exchange with provisional trading anticipated on or about September 1, 2025.

Leading this transaction were Commerzbank, Bank J. Safra Sarasin, UBS Investment Bank, and Zürcher Kantonalbank as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners, with DBS Bank Ltd acting as Co-Manager.
