OENEO: Treasury Share Transactions from October 12 to 16, 2026

OENEO carried out transactions on its own shares as part of its share buyback program from October 12 to 16, 2026. The transactions took place mainly on three markets: XPAR, CEUX and LNEQ.

On October 12, 19 shares were acquired at an average price of €8.92. On October 13, a total of 1,429 shares were traded at an average price close to €9. On October 14, the total volume reached 1,167 shares, also around €9. October 15 saw a peak in activity with 60,224 shares, mostly purchased on LNEQ, at a price of €8.95. Finally, on October 16, 630 shares were acquired at €8.93 on XPAR.

These movements reflect a proactive management strategy by OENEO within the framework of its share buyback program.
