OENEO: Transactions in own shares from September 7 to 11, 2026

OENEO carried out several transactions in its own shares between September 7 and 11, 2026, as part of its share buyback program. These transactions, conducted on the XPAR and CEUX markets, demonstrate the company's continued commitment to the stock market.

On September 7, OENEO acquired 62 shares at an average price of €9.16, followed by 74 shares at €9.17 on September 8. On September 10, 49 shares were purchased at €9.21. On September 11, two transactions took place: 88 shares at €9.24 on CEUX and 173 shares at €9.24 on XPAR.

These buybacks reflect the company's active management strategy to support the value of its shares. The total trading volume over these four days amounted to 446 shares.
