Oeneo Group Announces New CEO: Magdeleine Allaume to Succeed Dominique Tourneix

Oeneo Group's Board of Directors has appointed Magdeleine Allaume as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2026. She succeeds Dominique Tourneix, who steps down on November 30, 2026, after over two decades with the company.

Allaume, who holds a degree from HEC, started her career with BearingPoint and joined the Bénéteau Group in 2005. In 2022, she became Managing Director of Seguin Moreau, part of Oeneo Group. As CEO, Allaume will report to Nicolas Hériard Dubreuil, Chairman of the Board. She is also President of the Fédération des Tonneliers de France since June 2024.

Dominique Tourneix, CEO since October 2020, helped navigate the Group through economic changes and enhanced its CSR initiatives and innovation capacity. He oversaw a significant increase in the production of Diam closures. Oeneo will release its mid-year turnover on November 3, 2026.
