Oeneo: First Quarter 2026-2027 Results
Oeneo reported revenue of €66.4 million for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-2027, a decrease of 4.9% compared to the previous year. This decline is attributed to a challenging economic environment, influenced by low production and declining global wine consumption.
The Closures Division shows relative stability with a turnover of 56.7 million euros, down by only 1.8%. This division benefits from solid sales in the mid- to high-end segment, particularly in Europe.
On the other hand, the Livestock Division is penalized by a 19.6% drop in its turnover, mainly due to a slowdown in investments by winegrowers, despite barrel sales holding up better.
Faced with these challenges, Oeneo is focusing on consolidation, cost control and innovation, and plans to acquire Lamouroux to strengthen its Livestock offering.
