ODIOT S.A Strengthens Governance with New Board Appointments
ODIOT S.A, listed on Euronext Access, announces strategic appointments to enhance its governance. Sophie Blandin joins as a Board Director, bringing her international experience in the luxury sector to support the firm's development strategy. Blandin, a French-German graduate from IESEG Business School, leads International Development at Emalec, specializing in luxury markets.
The Board now includes Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat, Thierry Bignet, Marc Jobert, Yves Pozzo di Borgo, and Sophie Blandin. In parallel, Anastasia Grouvel becomes the Administrative and Finance Manager, tasked with overseeing financial control, treasury, and market operations, drawing on her experience with LVMH and Cartier.
