ODIOT SA Issues Share Subscription Warrants to its Directors

On March 9, 2026, ODIOT SA announced its directors' investment in share subscription warrants (BSA). At its meeting on February 27, 2026, the Board of Directors approved the issuance of 52,650 warrants (BSA) at a subscription price of €3.60 and an exercise price of €39.60. Three directors fully subscribed to these warrants, thus enabling the future acquisition of 52,650 shares at the same price, the issuance demonstrating their confidence in the company's recovery strategy.
