Odiot SA ends 2025 with a significant financial strengthening
On April 29, 2026, Odiot SA published its annual results for the year 2025. The company marks an important step in its financial recovery, posting a net profit of 979,150 euros compared to a loss of 3,590,405 euros in 2024. This improvement results from numerous restructurings and cost reductions.
Revenue remains at zero for Odiot SA, although its subsidiary Odiot SAS recorded a 31.7% increase in sales. The company has not yet begun invoicing its subsidiary but anticipates revenue in 2026 through new fees and sales of vintage items.
Shareholders' equity has been strengthened, increasing from €(6,217,325) in 2024 to €(870,682) through a significant capital increase. In preparation for the future, the company is investing in its infrastructure and developing strategic partnerships.
