Octopus Biosafety: Extension of the observation period
On June 4, 2025, Octopus Biosafety announced the renewal of its observation period for an additional two months. Initially placed in receivership on May 24, 2024, the company had already benefited from a six-month observation period. A proposal for a shareholding by TAW, accepted on October 25, 2024, prompted this decision.
The Lorient Commercial Court ruled favorably on May 23, 2025, highlighting the restructuring efforts and positive financial outlook, including the reimbursement of the CIR. The next hearing, scheduled for June 27, 2025, will aim to present and adopt the recovery plan.
