Calgary-based NXT Energy Solutions Inc. has announced a new contract to provide its proprietary SFD® survey to an independent oil and gas exploration company in South Asia. This venture highlights the growing adoption of NXT's advanced airborne survey system, known for its application in identifying stress anomalies with potential hydrocarbon and geothermal benefits.

The specifics of the survey remain confidential at the client's insistence. However, the data acquisition is scheduled to start by the third quarter of 2026. Subsequently, NXT aims to deliver its interpretations and recommendations by the fourth quarter of the same year.
