NuRAN Wireless to Delist from the Canadian Securities Exchange

NuRAN Wireless Inc., a provider of rural connectivity infrastructure in Africa, has announced its plans to voluntarily delist its shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). This move aims to concentrate trading on the NASDAQ, where the company will continue to operate under the symbol "NUR".

The decision to delist follows an evaluation of operational needs, trading volumes, and costs related to maintaining a dual listing. NuRAN expects that focusing on a single marketplace will enhance liquidity and shareholder value.

The company acknowledges the CSE's role in its initial public market access and anticipates that September 4, 2026, will mark its final trading day on the CSE, pending approval. Additionally, board member Navindran Naidoo has resigned to pursue other opportunities.
