NuRAN Wireless CEO to Engage African Telecom Leaders for Growth

NuRAN Wireless Inc., a provider of rural connectivity in Africa, announced that CEO Francis Létourneau will attend the Africa Tech Festival in Cape Town, scheduled for November 17-19, 2026. This event is set to foster discussions with mobile network operators and potential partners.

The participation coincides with NuRAN's progress on its African tower rollout, including 29 new towers activated in October. With over 5,000 towers contracted with companies like Orange and MTN across eight countries, NuRAN aims to convert these into operational infrastructure.

NuRAN targets expanding its operational network from 300 to 1,650 sites by mid-2028, with revenue forecasts of US$15-20 million in 2027. However, this growth hinges on financing, deployment pace, and generating consistent revenue from each site.
