NRJ Group's 2025 Financial Performance and Strategic Adjustments
NRJ Group successfully managed its divestment strategy in 2025, following Arcom's decisions, securing €61.9 million from the sale of the Chérie 25 channel. The Group's consolidated revenue reached €321 million, a 3.3% decrease from 2024, impacted by unfavorable economic conditions and changes in the TV sector.
The Group reported a Current Operating Profit of €33.2 million, a significant drop from €50.4 million in 2024. Nevertheless, the net profit doubled to €83.8 million, largely due to gains from discontinued operations. The Group's financial standing was strengthened, with shareholders' equity rising to €783.3 million and a net cash surplus of €398 million.
NRJ Group plans to propose a 38% increase in shareholder distributions, with ordinary and special dividends. The Group aims to solidify its media and broadcasting segments, pursuing digital transformation and international expansion, while preparing for innovative growth strategies amidst economic unpredictability.
