NRJ Group: Update on voting rights as of June 30, 2025
On July 3, 2025, NRJ Group communicated the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of June 30, 2025. The total number of shares amounts to 78,107,621. The number of theoretical voting rights is 144,493,250. The exercisable voting rights, i.e. excluding shares deprived of voting rights, are 143,772,427.
The press release also specifies the existence, in NRJ Group's articles of association, of a clause requiring a declaration upon crossing certain participation thresholds. This clause supplements the thresholds provided for by French law. NRJ Group is listed on the Euronext Paris market.
