NRJ Group: Update of voting rights as of June 30, 2026
NRJ Group has published figures relating to voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of June 30, 2026. The company has 78,107,621 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 144,332,771, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 143,644,038. The differences between the theoretical and exercisable figures are due to the suspension of voting rights on certain shares.
A clause in NRJ Group's bylaws requires a declaration when certain shareholding thresholds are crossed. This obligation is in addition to the legal thresholds in force in France, thus strengthening transparency regarding the company's capital structure.
