NRJ Group: Status of voting rights as of October 31, 2026
On November 3, 2026, NRJ Group published information relating to voting rights and shares as of October 31, 2026. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the group communicated the total number of shares and voting rights.
NRJ Group's share capital consists of 78,107,621 shares. The total theoretical number of voting rights is 144,334,564. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is 143,605,160, after deducting shares without voting rights.
NRJ Group also imposes an obligation to declare crossing thresholds, in addition to the French legal thresholds, as provided for in article 12 of its statutes.
