Notice of the Ordinary General Meeting of ADC SIIC on June 30, 2026

ADC SIIC, a European company based in Brussels, invites its shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting on June 30, 2026. The agenda includes several key items, notably the approval of the 2025 annual accounts, which show a loss of €1,144,915.81. This loss will be allocated to the "Loss Carried Forward" account, which is already in deficit.
