Notice of the Gaumont General Meeting on May 6, 2026
Gaumont will hold a combined ordinary and extraordinary general meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, in Paris. Shareholders will discuss the approval of the annual and consolidated financial statements for 2025. The distribution of profits and agreements under Article L. 225-38 will be examined.
The compensation packages for corporate officers for 2025, as well as the compensation policy for 2026, will be subject to approval. Several director terms will be renewed and new appointments will be proposed.
The General Meeting will also address authorizations for share buybacks and capital reductions. Delegations of authority to increase share capital are also on the agenda. Participation procedures are strictly regulated to guarantee transparency and equal access for shareholders.
