Northfield Capital Corporation Rebrands as Juno International Corporation
Northfield Capital Corporation has announced a name change to Juno International Corporation, effective June 11, 2026. The trading symbol for the company's class A restricted voting shares will switch from "NFD.A" to "JUN.A". Shares will begin trading under the new name on the TSX Venture Exchange on the same day.
The name change does not affect the company's capitalization, and shareholders are not required to take any action. The existing share certificates remain valid, and the new CUSIP and ISIN numbers are 482045101 and CA4820451017, respectively.
Founded in 1981, Northfield Capital is known for investments in resources, mining, and aviation. The rebranding aligns with the company's flagship investment in Juno Corp., a leading mineral explorer in the Ring of Fire.
