Northern Dynasty Announces AGM Results and Welcomes New Board Members
Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd., based in Vancouver, revealed the results of its 2025 Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2026. The meeting saw participation from holders of 292,112,632 common shares, representing 52.16% of total votes. Shareholders backed all proposals, including re-appointing Deloitte LLP as auditor and approving the share option plan until 2029.
Newly appointed directors include Julie Morman, Robin Bienenstock, and Stephen Meyer. Their expertise in mining, finance, and Alaskan operations is expected to strengthen the Board. This follows the departure of Siri Genik and Josie Hickel, who were thanked for their contributions.
