Steele's extensive experience in the uranium sector, including his successful tenure at Azarga Uranium Corp., positions him to significantly impact North Shore's financing and project advancement efforts, particularly in New Mexico's Rio Puerco project.

Steele's career spans over a decade in capital markets and mineral resources across North America, Asia, and Australia. His leadership at Azarga Uranium, which culminated in a C$200 million acquisition by enCore Energy Corp., underscores his strategic capabilities. North Shore acknowledges James Arthur's contributions and is pleased that he will remain as an advisor.
