Norsemont Mining Reports Notable Drill Results at Choquelimpie

Norsemont Mining Inc. has announced assay results from eight new drill holes at its Choquelimpie project in northern Chile. The Phase 3 drilling, which began in April 2026, focuses on exploring high-grade hydrothermal breccia targets. A total of 4,100 meters have been drilled in 16 core holes.

The standout result is from hole DD13, which intercepted 41 meters of 4.59 g/t gold, highlighting one of the strongest intervals in the Vizcacha Zone. Other notable results include DD11, with a 39-meter interval hosting gold, silver, and base metals, and DD10, which showed meaningful gold intervals pending further silver and zinc assays.

CEO Marc Levy emphasized that these findings enhance understanding of the Choquelimpie mineral system and bolster the potential for further resource expansion. The company is addressing assay backlogs due to adverse weather in Chile, aiming for more consistent results moving forward.
