Nordex Group Secures 3.1 GW in Orders in Q2 2026
In the second quarter of 2026, the Nordex Group achieved a significant milestone with 3.1 gigawatts (GW) of order intake. This represents a 32.2% increase compared to the same period in 2025, where 2,310 megawatts (MW) were recorded. Cumulatively, for the first half of 2026, Nordex totaled 4.9 GW, marking a 9.6% rise over the previous year's first half. The pricing environment remained stable, with an average sales price of EUR 0.97 million per MW in Q2 2026.
The orders consisted of 496 wind turbines destined for projects in 10 countries, with Germany, the US, and Türkiye leading the demand. The CEO of Nordex Group, José Luis Blanco, noted the substantial progress in the US market, highlighting the company's focus on strong execution and customer trust.
