Nordex Group Achieves Strong Financial Performance in Q2/2026
In Q2/2026, the Nordex Group reported a substantial increase in financial performance. The company's order intake rose by 32% to 3.1 GW compared to Q2/2025. EBITDA more than doubled to EUR 224 million, achieving a margin of 10.3%. Net income significantly improved to EUR 111 million, and positive free cash flow was recorded at EUR 165 million.
The second quarter saw sales climbing 16.3% to EUR 2.2 billion. In the Projects segment, the order intake reached 3,054 MW, with new orders valued at EUR 3.0 billion. The production of turbines grew by 23.1% to 1,953 MW, though installed capacity was slightly down due to various regional and scheduling factors.
Financially, as of June 30, 2026, Nordex held total assets of approximately EUR 7.1 billion, and a net cash position of EUR 1,673.3 million, with an equity ratio of 20.6%.
