Noram Lithium Partners with Triforce Media for Enhanced Corporate Communications

Noram Lithium Corp. has announced a strategic collaboration with Triforce Media Inc. to enhance its corporate communications. This partnership aims to bolster the company's efforts in promoting its wholly owned Zeus Lithium Project in Clayton Valley, Nevada. Triforce will handle digital marketing, investor communications, corporate branding, and social media. The collaboration underscores the importance of communication in Noram’s corporate strategy as it advances Zeus through technical studies and development activities.

The agreement, active from July 1, 2026, for six months, stipulates a monthly payment of CAD$15,000 to Triforce, alongside 1,000,000 stock options. These measures form part of Noram's broader strategy to increase awareness around its project developments and ensure stakeholders receive consistent updates. Sandy MacDougall, Executive Chairman, emphasized the necessity of evolving communications to align with project advancements.
