Noram Lithium Announces $1.07 Million Non-Brokered Private Placement

Noram Lithium Corp., listed on TSX Venture Exchange and other platforms, has announced a non-brokered private placement. The Company will offer up to 10,675,000 units at $0.10 each, raising gross proceeds of up to $1,067,500. Each unit includes one common share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.15 within 36 months.
