NOA Lithium Brines Secures Key Permits and Expands Exploration in Argentina
In recent updates from NOA Lithium Brines Inc., the company has successfully renewed the environmental and social impact report for its Rio Grande Project in Salta Province, Argentina. This renewal supports ongoing exploration as the company progresses towards its Preliminary Feasibility Study for 2026.
Additionally, NOA has entered into a purchase option agreement for properties Archibarca II and III, adjacent to the Rio Grande Project. The agreement, valued at USD $800,000, involves cash and stock payments over two years to explore supplemental water sources for potential development.
NOA also announced a consulting agreement with Tricone Inc., allocating USD $700,000 for exploration and geological expertise. Compensation will be in the form of company shares issued monthly, pending regulatory approval.
