NOA Lithium Brines Inc. Advances Rio Grande Project with First Fresh Water Well
NOA Lithium Brines Inc. has completed the drilling and casing of its first fresh water exploration well, RT-RG25-FW02, at its wholly-owned Rio Grande Project in Salta Province, Argentina. This development is a key step in securing essential water resources for the project. The well is strategically positioned in the northern section of the project area.
The well reaches a depth of 190 meters and features advanced construction including a mix of steel pipe and galvanized filters. Water quality tests show results comparable to fresh water standards essential for such ventures, with electrical conductivity at approximately 1,400 µS/cm and pH values between 7.2 and 7.6.
The CEO of NOA, Gabriel Rubacha, commented on the completion as a major step in reducing risks for the Rio Grande Project, emphasizing its importance in sustainable development. The company is also preparing a Preliminary Economic Assessment expected in Q3 2025.
