NOA Lithium Brines Inc. Commences 2026 Drilling Program at Rio Grande
Noa Lithium Brines Inc. has announced the start of its 2026 exploration drilling program at the Rio Grande Project in Salta Province, Argentina. According to the company, its contractor, Hidrotec S.A., has successfully mobilized two drilling rigs. Drilling is set to begin next week, following the completion of site preparations.
The exploration is part of Noa's efforts to progress towards a Preliminary Feasibility Study by the end of 2026. CEO Gabriel Rubacha emphasized that this phase aims to provide critical hydrogeological data and testing, enhancing the project's development path.
The initial campaign will evaluate hydraulic parameters of deep brine aquifers, aiding ongoing refinement of hydrogeological and resource models. The program receives support from Montgomery & Associates.
