NNS Holding Acquires Additional Shares in OCI
On July 15, 2026, NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited announced the acquisition of 628,024 shares in OCI. The purchase was executed at an average price of EUR 4.075 per share, including a maximum price of EUR 4.08 per share. This acquisition represents approximately 0.30% of OCI's issued share capital.
Following this transaction, NNS Holding will control 116,757,994 shares, equating to roughly 55.24% of OCI's issued capital. Together with Mr. Nassef Sawiris, they will own 117,147,724 shares, or about 55.43% of the share capital.
NNS has indicated the possibility of further purchases, which would be publicly disclosed in the Netherlands. They may also continue with regular trading activities in OCI securities.
