Last day for exercising Nicox warrants: June 19, 2026

Nicox SA reminds holders of share subscription warrants (BSA) issued in June 2024 that these warrants will expire on June 19, 2026. The last day to exercise these warrants coincides with the market close on Friday, June 19. After this date, the warrants will become worthless and can no longer be exercised. The warrants are listed on Euronext Growth Paris under the ISIN code FR001400QEQ3.

Each five warrants (BSA) entitle the holder to subscribe to two new Nicox shares at a price of €0.275 per share. As of March 31, 2026, 10,022,595 warrants remained outstanding, potentially convertible into 4,009,038 new shares. Holders must contact their financial intermediary to exercise their warrants.
