NFON AG Revises 2025 Financial Guidance Amid Market Challenges

NFON AG, a European leader in integrated business communications, has revised its 2025 financial guidance based on preliminary results from the year's first nine months. Despite challenging market conditions and sluggish investment in cloud telephony, the company confirms its medium-term targets.

While there is ongoing demand for AI-driven solutions, third-quarter revenue growth was below expectations. Consequently, NFON now forecasts a 2025 revenue growth between 1.0% and 2.5%, down from the previous 3% to 5%. Adjusted EBITDA projections have also been revised to a range of EUR 11.5 million to EUR 12.5 million, from a prior EUR 12.5 million to EUR 14.0 million.
