Nexum Group AG Acts to Preserve Stock Exchange Listing Amid Reporting Delays

Nexum Group AG has announced steps to address the revocation of its shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Regulated Market, effective from October 5, 2026. The decision follows incomplete financial reporting obligations from 2023 to 2025, a period covering the insolvency and restructuring of its predecessor, creditshelf AG. This occurred before First Capital AG acquired a majority stake in June 2026.

To resolve this, Nexum Group will soon publish preliminary, unaudited financial reports for 2023-2025 on its website. Audited financial statements are expected by September 20, 2026. Nexum intends to contest the exchange's decision and aims to maintain its market listing.

The company is re-aligning its financial reporting and governance as part of its strategic plan. Processes will be strengthened to ensure future compliance with all capital markets obligations, highlighted by the recent publication of its 2026 half-year report.
