NextSource Materials Reports 2025 Shareholders Meeting Outcomes
NextSource Materials Inc. recently announced the results of its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held virtually on December 30. The meeting confirmed the election of all nominated directors. Sir Mick Davis, Hanré Rossouw, Christopher Kruba, Ian Pearce, Craig Scherba, and Brett Whalen each received over 99% approval from shareholders.
