Nextech3D.ai to Acquire Krafty Labs, Expanding AI Event Solutions

Nextech3D.ai has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Krafty Labs for $600,000. Krafty Labs, known for generating $1.1 million in revenue with a 72% gross margin in 2025, services major clients like Google and Meta. This acquisition will bolster Nextech3D.ai's customer base, doubling it to over 1,000 clients.

The acquisition is expected to close in early January 2026 after due diligence. Nextech3D.ai plans to use this acquisition to enhance its capabilities in AI virtual and in-person event engagement. They anticipate leveraging Krafty Labs' extensive list of prominent clients to cross-sell their services.

With this acquisition, Nextech3D.ai aims to establish itself as a comprehensive AI event solutions provider, reducing vendor fragmentation. The unification of Krafty Labs with Map Dynamics and Eventdex will enable Nextech3D.ai to serve over 1,000 organizations globally.
