Nextech3D.ai Corp. has announced the appointment of Chad Prezlomski as Senior Vice President of Sales. Effective September 30, this move aims to bolster the company's enterprise sales efforts, particularly in expanding its customer base and enhancing relationships with existing clients. Prezlomski, with 15 years of B2B software sales experience, recently led revenue strategies at TextUs and played a pivotal role at Splash, growing its revenue significantly.

His appointment is part of Nextech3D.ai's strategy to leverage Prezlomski's expertise in sales leadership and event technology. CEO Evan Gappelberg emphasizes Prezlomski's alignment with the company's focus on developing major enterprise accounts. The new SVP plans to build a disciplined sales organization and drive growth through data-driven strategies.

Prezlomski's compensation package includes options for up to 1.5 million shares, contingent on both time-based and performance-based milestones.
