NEURONS: Details of treasury share transactions for April 2026
Between April 13 and 17, 2026, NEURONES carried out share purchases. This program was authorized by the General Meeting of June 5, 2025, and is being conducted by CIC. During this period, the company acquired a total of 47,285 shares.
The purchases were made at weighted average prices ranging from €36.09 to €37.77 per share. With these acquisitions, NEURONES now holds 381,250 shares, representing 1.57% of its share capital of 24,328,716 shares.
