NEURONES announces its share transactions from May 25 to 29, 2026

NEURONES has published a press release regarding its share buyback transactions for the period of May 25-29, 2026. These transactions are part of the program authorized by the Annual General Meeting of June 5, 2025, and are managed by CIC. During this period, on May 26, 3,331 shares were purchased at an average price of €38.14 per share, while on May 27, 12,925 shares were acquired at €38.04 each. No transactions were carried out on May 25, 28, or 29.
