NETGEM Annual General Meeting: Resolutions Approved and Dividend Announced
The combined general meeting of NETGEM shareholders was held on June 29, 2026, chaired by Joseph Haddad. Shareholder participation reached 57.48%, representing 142 shareholders. All proposed resolutions were approved, in accordance with the recommendations of the Board of Directors.
A dividend of €0.05 per share was decided, with an ex-dividend date of July 8, 2026 and a payment date of July 10, 2026. NETGEM expressed its thanks to the shareholders who participated.
The financial results for the first half of 2026 will be announced on July 30 before the market opens.
