Irisnet GmbH Partners with tms for "perdix" Counter-UAS Development

irisnet GmbH has announced a strategic partnership with technisch-mathematische studiengesellschaft mbH (tms) for developing the counter-UAS system, “perdix.” This collaboration combines irisnet’s real-time AI capabilities with tms’s experience in creating a rocket-propelled counter-UAS interceptor.

Perdix is set to be unveiled at the EUDEX trade show in September 2026. The system includes a base station to detect and track drones using AI-controlled sensors, paired with a PX75 kinetic impact interceptor. It aims to address military needs for low-tier air defense and also offers solutions for civil protection through irisnet’s drone detection capabilities.

The perdix live demonstrator will feature at EUDEX and irisnet will also showcase other security solutions at the event. This partnership underscores an innovative step in counter-drone technology with cost-effective solutions.
