Nepra Foods to Acquire Idaho Beverage Manufacturing Business

Nepra Foods Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire most assets of Tsceminicum Bottling Company, a water manufacturing business in Idaho. Set to take effect on July 31, 2026, the acquisition needs Canadian Securities Exchange approval and satisfaction of closing conditions.

This acquisition aligns with Nepra's strategy to diversify its operations beyond ingredient sales, marking a significant step in its growth plan. The move will enhance its manufacturing platform, establishing a foothold in the beverage industry.

The Lewiston location offers strategic transportation advantages, potentially boosting logistics. The purchase includes a mix of cash and stock, totaling $1.5 million and 1.5 million shares, plus a seller promissory note.
