Nepra Foods Inc. has announced the Amazon launch of PROPASTA, a flagship pasta brand. This marks a step in its brand commercialization efforts. Initially designed for foodservice, PROPASTA now offers a consumer-friendly take-home option.

PROPASTA boasts a gluten-free, vegan formula, free from major allergens. It incorporates hemp and pea proteins, offering a rich source of plant-based protein and dietary fiber. A two-ounce dry serving delivers 18 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber, catering to health-conscious consumers.

The new 16 oz. resealable pouch is ideal for household use and supports existing foodservice operations. Nepra aims to increase consumer awareness and gather feedback to refine future strategies. PROPASTA is currently available on Amazon.com, with plans to expand distribution.
