Nepra Foods Granted Extension for Financial Filings
Nepra Foods Inc. has announced an extension for filing its annual financial statements. Initially due by July 29, 2025, the deadline is now September 29, 2025, following a granted management cease trade order (MCTO) from the British Columbia Securities Commission. This MCTO restricts trading for the CEO and CFO until the company submits its filings and the order is revoked.
The extension does not impact shareholder trading activities. Nepra Foods remains committed to adhering to guidelines under National Policy 12-203, issuing bi-weekly reports until the financial documents are submitted. The company's focus remains on progressing expeditiously to meet the new deadline.
